How purchases connected to Therapist Words are handled.

Last updated October 23, 2026.

Our workbooks, guides and printables in the shop are digital downloads sold through Gumroad, which handles checkout and delivery. The articles and tools on this site are free.

Digital downloads

Because digital files can’t be returned, all sales are final. We’ll still help within 14 days of purchase with damaged, missing or wrong files, access problems and duplicate charges. Email therapistwords@estorealm.com with your order email and the product name, and we’ll make it right.

Free printables

Free printables are $0 with the code applied at checkout; no payment details are needed for a $0 order.

Books

Our books are sold by Amazon. Returns and refunds for those purchases follow Amazon’s policies.
